THE VISION

The project identity and design scheme was inspired by the
coveted West of Market neighborhood in the vibrant
lakefront town and community of Kirkland, WA.
Views of Lake Washington can be captured and enjoyed
from the cottage’s rooftop patios and upper floors. Access to
the beachy shores of the lake and its amenities are blocks
away. It is a beautiful, small town with big living; Much like
the luxury cottages will be.
The interior and exterior materiality for the affluent cottages
will be of urban, organic, elevated casualness and inviting
spaces of quality finishes, materials and craftsmanship. All to
be complemented by playful textures with both bold and
soft earth tones.
