Speculative Building

In contrast to custom home building, we purchase land to develop and sub-divide if necessary, work with an architect for house plans and renderings, build and select interior/exterior finishes for a DKWozniak speculative home to be put on the real estate market for a home buyer to purchase when complete. Often our specs have turned into custom homes making for happy homeowners. Most of our recent speculative homes to date have been Built Green certified because we like to have a responsible friendly footprint for our community and planet.
